Cancellation Policy
CONTRACTED SERVICES All services provided by ALLIVE is based on level of service selected and include photography session, image editing and delivery of final images agreed upon in the service contract. Additional services such as photo albums, prints and extended shooting hours may be available for an additional fee, unless additional services is already established in the service agreement. RETAINER A non-refundable retainer and a signed contract must be secured prior to any services being performed by ALLIVE. Client understands and agrees that ALLIVE is foregoing other contractual agreements by entering into this Agreement to secure the Client’s session date/time on the ALLIVE schedule, and therefore, also agrees and understands that the paid retainer is nonrefundable. CANCELLATION POLICY If Client cancels their scheduled photoshoot, no portion of the fees paid to ALLIVE will be returned. If the cancellation occurs 72 hours before the scheduled photoshoot, Client will be responsible for the full cost of the selected service. If the event is postponed, services contracted can be applied to a new date if available (refer to Postponement Policy in service agreement). POSTPONEMENT POLICY If photoshoot is postponed, all services will cease at time of notification of postponement if no determined new date is provided. Once Client and ALLIVE agree on the rescheduled date, payment schedule will be determined and readjusted once a new date is confirmed if not paid in full already. RESPONSIBILITY ALLIVE is not responsible for Acts Of God, Natural Disasters, an Act Of Government such as A Declaration of National or Local Emergency, or Other Incidents Not within the control of ALLIVE, i.e. accident, death in the family, illness, or sudden tragic circumstance. In such a situation, ALLIVE will obtain, upon approval of the Client, a qualified professional replacement to fulfill Vendor’s obligations under the contract, at no additional charge to the Client. If ALLIVE is unable to secure a qualified professional replacement, ALLIVE will refund client in full including the retainer.
